Merritt’s Table offers a rare dining experience, using all fresh ingredients and all house-made preparations. Inspired creations by Chef Chris Bolton will feature genuine food with a Southern flair. Chris’ philosophy includes using farm-to-table products as much as possible, and showcasing the farmers and producers who bring him their delicacies by revering them in his menu descriptions. So don’t expect to find the same thing on the menu each time you visit – the menu will change constantly with whatever new and fresh ingredients catch Chris’ eye.

The Travelling Gourmet believes their fundamental strength is that the best tasting food is organic and the best dishes are the ones with primarily organic ingredients. They strive to leverage local farmers, like The Heart of Christmas Farms and Wild Ocean to meet this goal whenever possible. They firmly believe in sustainable foods that are uniquely presented and have flavors that excite the pallet. The mobile commercial kitchen is owned and operated by Chef Silvia, an honor graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College.  Chef Silvia is experienced in the French Caribbean cuisine, bringing a tried and true menu from her heritage to the local area.
